What does grass feed beef taste like?

Fantastic! Once you have it, you will never go back to store bought again.  Our beef is grass-fed and grain-finished for a wonderful flavor. It tastes very similar to store bought beef but the taste is better and you can tell the difference is in the freshness. We grow our beef locally in Shallowater, TX and process locally as well.

You can purchase a sampler box or burger box  to try it out if you like, or if you would like more, we offer 1/4, 1/2 or whole beefs.

Is Sunflower Days or Christmas on the Farm still open?

No, unfortunately both Sunflower Days and Christmas on the Farm, along with our Christmas tree sales are permanently closed as of 10/1/25.

We thank each of you from the bottom of our hearts for the memories, photos, and shared moments you gave us.  We appreciate the outpouring of support from our community as well.

However at this time, we have chose on focus on our family time as well as our beef operation.
